Senior Art Director

Polaroid is looking for a Senior Art Director to join our in-house creative team in Amsterdam. This is a role for a conceptual thinker and exceptional visual designer. Someone who can develop strong campaign ideas together with a copywriter, but who also enjoys crafting the work themselves, from concept to execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Art Director, ideally on the agency side.
• A strong portfolio that shows both conceptual thinking and excellent design craft.
• Ability to develop ideas and visualize them beautifully.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working on brand campaigns and product launches.
• Comfortable working hands-on in design tools.
• Passion for photography, image-making, and visual culture.
• Collaborative mindset, no egos, and a strong team player.
• Curious, thoughtful, and detail-oriented.
