As a senior business analyst, you will provide visible direction to improvements and have a direct impact on how client processes and IT solutions work together. You will analyze complex client processes, identify and prioritize bottlenecks, and drive the improvement and change agenda.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• Experience with complex business processes
• Experience with setup and execution of OTAP processes
• Experience with BPMN and writing functional requirements, user stories, and process models
