Leasing Specialist

We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to manage the sales process, present apartments and community, and build relationships with prospective residents.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of apartment leasing, sales, and customer service
• Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media sites
• Proficient knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Flexibility to work schedule
• Ability to walk and climb stairs
