Job Description
Administrative Specialist responsible for administrative support, communication, and record management. Maintains 4-H Online system, handles confidential information, and prepares reports. Manages office communications, scheduling, and financial duties, including bookkeeping and financial reporting. Requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Associates degree in bookkeeping, business management, office administration, or a related field
- Five years of progressively responsible bookkeeping, office financial management, or administrative experience
- Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
