Job Description
The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules, monitoring schedule progress, and recommending corrective actions. The role will also involve facilitating pull-planning sessions, collaborating with project teams, and leading schedule review meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4â6+ years of experience as a Scheduler within commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction environments
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
