IT Field Technician Grand Prairie TX

We are looking for a hands-on field technician to install, maintain and repair computers and networks, troubleshoot defective equipment, and install new equipment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or IT certifications
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic understanding of switches, routers and TCP/IP networking
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Office 365 applications
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot tough problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Familiarity with a variety of the IT concepts, practices, and procedures related to technology operations
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
