Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants at Poly Trucking are responsible for preparing reports, data entry using MS excel and AS400, screening calls in support of multiple department managers at the company, and possibly assisting with projects.

• Experience supporting a department in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reprioritize as shifting business needs require
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties
