8+ years of backend engineering experience and strong production experience in Go

5+ years of backend engineering experience, 3+ years working with Go in production environments

5-7 years of experience in Technical Account Management or similar role, expertise in payments APIs, and proficiency in developer tooling and observability platforms

5+ years of AP/AR or accounting operations experience, hands-on experience managing both fiat and digital asset transactions, and demonstrated experience implementing automation within ERP or finance workflows

5+ years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering, experience with Go and peer-to-peer networking protocols, ability to solve complex problems in live production systems

Strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure. Prior experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering. Proven ability to operate independently

Strong portfolio, experience in video production, and strong communication skills

6+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with exposure to cross-border payments or remittances, strong network within Brazil's financial ecosystem, and fluency in Portuguese and English
