Requirements

Backend Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Go.
API and Service Architecture: Build and maintain RESTful or gRPC based APIs and backend services that interact with databases, internal platforms, and third party systems.
Concurrency and Performance Engineering: Write efficient and concurrent programs using goroutines, channels, and Go’s built in concurrency patterns.
Database Design and Optimization: Work with relational and non relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
System Design and Architecture: Participate in designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and event driven workflows.
Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, idiomatic Go code with proper documentation.
Performance Monitoring, Security, and Debugging: Use logs, tracing, and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and ensure system reliability.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and other engineering teams to deliver features on time and continuously improve the product ecosystem.
