Job Description
Polymarket is looking for a product-obsessed full-stack engineer to join our product engineering team as it grows. We're a prediction market company with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of modern front-end performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of modern front-end performance optimization, and a desire to impact a growing engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of Typescript, Javascript (ES6+), CSS (media queries, animations and/or modern animation libraries)
- Experience working with React & NextJS
- A deep understanding of modern state management patterns, caching strategies, & libraries (notably React Hooks/Context, React Query, Zustand, Mobx or Recoil)
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring an idea or vision to life.
- A passion for the blockchain, decentralized finance, & freedom of speech.
