Analista de Operaciones y Relación Comercial – Talleres Automotrices (Autolab)

We are looking for an Operations and Commercial Relationship Analyst – Automotive Workshops to manage an assigned portfolio of repair shops, ensuring their operational performance and strengthening commercial relationships with each. This role combines operational follow-up and KPI analysis with light commercial link.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, B2B service, supplier service, or similar roles.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and work with operational data.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to negotiate simple agreements without being a sales role.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile.
