Business Development Representative (BDR) - Autolab

Autolab is a Latin American startup that aims to transform the automotive maintenance experience through technology, high-performance operations, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify leads, make presentations, and close opportunities.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial, sales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and with a lot of initiative.
• Enjoy working with multiple teams and desire to grow and learn quickly.
• Team player - You like to support others when you see the opportunity and are open to receiving feedback from your team
• Growth mindset - You have a deep desire to learn and improve, and the resilience necessary to fail, get up, and try again
• Action-oriented - You don't act impulsively, but deliberately: you try something, see if it works, and try again
