Project Manager - San Diego

PolyPeptide is a global leader in peptide development and manufacturing seeking a Project Manager to drive custom development and manufacturing projects from initiation through delivery. The role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business (advanced degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, or CDMO
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
