Job Description
Automation Technician responsible for trouble shooting and repairing various IML Robots, Take-out robots, lid stacking equipment, and Vision Inspection system. Troubleshoot and set up robots and auxiliary equipment, and perform Preventative Maintenance or work on projects when time permits.
Requirements
- Set-up and maintain various parts handling equipment
- Load HMI programs and modify as necessary
- Read and interpret robot HMI messages/errors
- Install, diagnose, adjust, and replace various discrete sensors
- Install, diagnose, adjust, and replace various servo motors
- Configure vision inspection system after label change and material change
- Perform robotic preventative maintenance
- Install, diagnose, adjust, and replace various pneumatic cylinders
- Accurately complete all required documentation
- Ensure complete communication of all information
