We are looking for an experienced CNC milling mechanic, CNC grinder, or CAM programmer to join our production site in Hamburg. You will work on high-precision safety-critical components with technical relevance, combine precision, process security, and modern manufacturing, and influence programming standards, processes, and fixture concepts across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Programming, simulation, and optimization of CNC programs and tool paths for 3-axis, 5-axis, and turning-grinding machining
- Setting up, testing, and producing complex components to high quality and documentation standards
- Selecting tools, clamping devices, and cutting data for aluminum, steel, titanium, and Inconel
- Reducing cycle times and improving machine utilization through clean processes
- Developing and optimizing fixture and clamping strategies for repeat-accurate production
- Ensuring tight tolerances and first-time-right quality in series and prototype production
- Accompanying new parts from technical drawings to stable production
- Providing technical feedback on production-friendly design of components in coordination with customers and engineering
- Contributing to standardization, data acquisition, and automation in the production environment
