Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Advisor to accompany candidates and companies through the entire recruiting process, recognizing potential, understanding business needs, and finding the right people who really fit. The role involves direct speech, building talent pools, advising companies, creating job profiles, controlling the selection process, and managing customer relationships.
Requirements
