HR Generalist

Collaborate with site leadership and HR colleagues to determine, deliver and implement impactful HR solutions to business challenges. Provide total HR package on recruitment, workforce planning and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance and talent management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar, or equivalent and relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and EEO
• Strong stakeholder management, people management and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility
• Fluent in English – verbal and written
