We are looking for a Creative Strategist with 4+ years of experience to combine data-driven insights with creative storytelling to produce ad concepts, campaigns, and content that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong scriptwriting and copywriting abilities, particularly for short-form ads
- Proficiency in analyzing ad performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok analytics, etc.) to inform creative decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating creators, influencers, or production teams
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team collaboration
- Experience and comfort presenting to clients in a client-facing role
- Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition for e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Knowledge of creative testing strategies, including hooks, CTAs, and A/B testing frameworks
