Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a US-based healthcare tech startup. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4-5+ years in an executive assistant/operational/admin role
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
- Proficient in Slack and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information and anticipate needs
- Ability to work in US Pacific Time zone (9:00am-5:00pm PT)
