Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking an Off-the-Road Tire Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and engage customers to drive sales of products and services. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in crafting and excruciating an innovative, results-driven group sales strategy!
Requirements
- Lead and grow Off-the-Road tire sales by building strong relationships with fleet, agricultural, and industrial customers
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Off-the-Road tire products, retread programs, and service offerings
- Prospect new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up with prospective customers
- Meet or exceed established sales goals while supporting overall branch and regional objectives
- Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and service issues
- Uphold Pomp’s Core Values and Safety Spokes, modeling safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same
- Collaborate with service teams and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and service commitments
