Pomp's is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and manage a team of employees. The role requires leadership and staff management skills, as well as experience in tire sales and services.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- TIA/Bandag certification as appropriate, or willingness to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
- 5 years of experience in tire sales and services preferred
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
- Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds
