Pallet Builder

The Pallet Builder is responsible for constructing and assembling wooden pallets, crates, and shipping containers to ensure the safe transport of custom products and materials. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, the ability to read blueprints or work orders, and strong attention to detail to ensure proper pallet dimensions and durability.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in woodworking, pallet building, or construction preferred
• Ability to use hand tools (hammers, measuring tape, saws) and power tools (nail guns, drills, circular saws, table saws) safely and effectively
• Knowledge of wood types, fasteners, and structural reinforcement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and shipping requirements
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as hammering, cutting, and assembling
