Job Description
Bowers Trucking and SPI Logistics are seeking a Truckload Coordination Director / Driver Manager to lead daily truckload operations, manage driver performance, and coordinate freight movements.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in truckload logistics, dispatch, or brokerage operations
- Experience working with TMS platforms
- Strong understanding of truckload markets, freight pricing, and load boards
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
