High School Head Softball Coach

Pope Saint John Paul II Preparatory School seeks a Head Softball Coach to develop and implement a comprehensive softball program aligned with the school's mission and values.

Requirements

• Serve as the face of the softball program
• Promote the softball program within the school community
• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA)
• Lead and manage all aspects of the softball program
• Manage the softball program operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to coaches
• Collaborate with the coaching staff to implement new ideas
• Actively seek out and identify coaching talent
• Provide mentorship and support to assistant coaches
• Organize and oversee youth clinics and summer camps
• Build connections with middle school students
• Foster a team culture built on the school's mission and values
• Build rapport and strong relationships with student-athletes
• Monitor the academic performance of student-athletes
• Guide and support student-athletes pursuing softball at the collegiate level
