Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or account management, preferably in the SaaS or hospitality sectors.
• Exceptional customer service and accountability skills, with a knack for conflict resolution.
• Proficient problem-solver who can navigate situations with limited information.
• Experience in crafting and executing marketing campaigns to meet diverse partner objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to various stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities.
• A strong commitment to Popmenu's mission of empowering independent restaurants.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
