Poppulo is seeking a motivated Integration & Implementation Engineer to support our large enterprise customers in integrating and maximising value from Poppulo’s Internal Communications platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in a comparable role, with a focus on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato
- Strong technical foundation, with hands-on experience or solid understanding of SaaS / iPaaS implementations and customer onboarding
- Experience working in or closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Technology, or Solutions Engineering roles
- Working knowledge of DevOps concepts, including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning tools such as GitHub and GitLab
- Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python
- Experience with scripting and data formats, including Python, Ruby, PowerShell, and JSON
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues
- Strong communication skills and fluent English — this is a customer-facing role requiring clear, confident technical explanations and presentations
- Experience with project coordination and delivery, managing tasks across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
