Job Description
The Banker Positions are responsible for processing new account transactions, assisting clients with account selection, and cross-selling bank products and services. The positions require strong customer relations skills and knowledge of banking regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years banking teller experience
- Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts
- Prior supervisory experience
- Minimum of three years strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers
- Possesses strong knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security
- Must possess excellent judgment and the ability to accept responsibility and handle confidential information
- Must be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and banking programs
