Banker Positions

Job description: The position is required to be knowledgeable and skilled in opening new consumer and complex business accounts. Responsible for processing all new account transactions; assisting clients in their selection of various accounts and financial services; actively cross-selling the Bank's products and services; maintaining and closing of all account types; performing branch clerical duties; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good client relations and referring clients to appropriate staff and partners for new services. Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years banking teller experience
• Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts
• Prior supervisory experience
• Minimum of three years strong customer relations skills and the ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative and positive manner
• Possesses strong knowledge of basic banking regulations such as BSA and Information Security
• Must possess excellent judgment and the ability to accept responsibility and handle confidential information
• Must be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and banking programs
