Job Description
PopSockets is hiring a Creator Affiliate Manager to build and scale our TikTok Shop creator affiliate program. You will recruit an army of content creators and own the program end to end. This is the performance side of influencer and creator marketing. You live for profitable customer acquisition, and affiliates are your tool to do it.
Requirements
- Recruit, vet, and onboard creators through TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and direct outreach
- Design and manage the commission structure (tiered, performance-based) and day-to-day affiliate operations
- Run the seeding program: product sampling, brief delivery, and posting-cadence enforcement
- Build and own a rights-cleared content library
- Partner with Paid Media to identify organic-winning content and deploy it through Spark Ads and whitelisted campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other performance channels
- Manage creator agreements, payout operations, and 1099 compliance
- Reconcile affiliate GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, and return-adjusted creator profitability across TikTok Seller Center, affiliate platforms, and internal reporting
- Report weekly on program KPIs and creator performance
- Leverage AI to build tools that support endless scaling of the program
