Job Description
PopSockets is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional owner of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central and ensure operational stability of ERP related systems. The role partners closely with Accounting and Operations leadership to ensure inventory accuracy, shipment processing, and financial postings remain aligned and reliable.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central in an inventory- or fulfillment-heavy environment.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash and inventory accounting flows (ship > post > invoice).
- Experience working across ERP, EDI, and 3PL integrations.
- Comfortable operating in live environments where systems and operations evolve simultaneously.
- Detail oriented, practical problem solver who prioritizes system stability and operational clarity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with Accounting and Operations leadership.
