Develops and manages strategies and activities to identify opportunities and generate new business with commercial services and products including credit. Acts as a relationship manager with commercial and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Develop business plans and market research to understand customer needs
- Responsible for the acquisition, retention, and expansion of commercial clients and prospects
- Develop full commercial banking relationships and revenue growth through the generation of loans, deposits, and fee based services, as well as cross selling other bank products and services
- Administers portfolio and ensures that all regulatory, standards, and compliances are being met
- Accountable for retaining and growing profitability for new and existing commercial clients
- Develop and build a network of business partners, internally and externally, and participate in community events and promote the bank
- Ensure portfolios have limited credit risks, are operationally sound, and are being properly managed
