Credit Analyst US (Association Lending)

Credit Analyst US (Association Lending) responsible for supporting quality loan origination, analysis, processing and reporting of credits and timely completion of credit analyses for condominium and home owner association related loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years related Financial Analysis Background work experience
• Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations
• Fluent in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: Commercial and consumer credit regulations, policies, and procedures; Loan analysis, restructuring, and documentation; Collection Techniques and Structure financing analysis
