Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Middle Market COMMERCIAL LENDER to join our Commercial Middle Market Banking team. The Sr. Commercial Relationship Officer will generate new and grow existing business relationships with companies ranging in sales size from $30MM - $750MM in sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial credit with an established portfolio of Commercial customers
- Formal credit training strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Commercial Banking Products and Services
- Strong in-market network of prospects and COIs
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong business development skills
- Strong sales and process management skills
- Strong negotiating skills
