Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, mobility services, automotive, logistics, or service management
- Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with operational KPIs, reporting, and service performance metrics to inform decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges and deliver effective resolutions
