Job Description
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for all facets of the operations on the shift, including health and safety, operational performance, customer relations, continuous improvement, and people development. This role involves leading a team and ensuring the effective communication of relevant information to all employees.
Requirements
- Five (5) years Distribution experience
- At least two (2) years supervisory experience, preferably in a 3PL Operations role
- Computer literacy in MS software
- MHE (reach/walkie) experience required
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
