Senior Financial Analyst

Metro Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact financial statements, executive presentations, and strategic reporting packages. This role will also involve acting as a guardian of data integrity and accounting accuracy, documenting and optimizing accounting policies and processes, and participating in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to both public accounting and industry
• Experience in large private or publicly traded organizations preferred
• Strong knowledge of ASPE, consolidation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Bilingual in English and French
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft D365 Business (preferred)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information for diverse stakeholders
