Job Description
Director, Transaction Advisory Services role at Portage Point offers a unique opportunity to serve private equity, direct lenders, and corporate clients through thoughtful transaction diligence and structuring. This role provides advice, leadership, and project execution for clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program
- 10+ years of financial due diligence experience or a combination of audit and financial due diligence experience within a Big Four accounting firm
- Certified Public Accountant required
- Deep understanding of US GAAP principles
- Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx preferred
