Job Description
Join Portage Point Partners as a Vice President, Investment Banking // Industrials Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and shape strategy, influence outcomes, and drive impact. As a key player in the firm's rapidly expanding platform, you will report directly to the IB Practice Line Leader and work on various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and private placements.
Requirements
- Work with the Portage Point team to execute all deliverables necessary to consummate transactions
- Lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, and client presentations
- Create and present internal and external client deliverables
- Support business development and client relationship efforts
