Job Description
PGE is seeking a Manager of Line Operations to oversee field transmission and distribution employees in safely installing, maintaining and repairing the power delivery system. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field, and 8+ years of experience in electric utility with a focus on transmission and distribution or a related field. The role requires excellent analytical thinking, conflict resolution, customer focus, decision-making, negotiation, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, project management, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in electric utility with a focus on transmission and distribution or a related field
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred
