Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building systems, tooling, and capabilities that improve how products are built and delivered. The role involves building and leading a team, defining the team charter, treating internal engineering teams as customers, and partnering with Product Managers to define priorities and success metrics. The successful candidate will have a platform/complicated-sub system mindset, technical credibility, engineering leadership craft, and personal attributes such as high integrity and directness.
Requirements
- 8+ years industry experience
- At least 3 years leading engineers
- Strong grounding in CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, and delivery systems
- Ability to lead and develop engineers, coach rather than command, and manage underperformance directly and fairly
