PortSwigger is a company that creates world-class tooling to help security teams and developers uncover and fix real vulnerabilities. The Sales Enablement Specialist role will design, deliver, and operationalize revenue enablement systems and programs to improve commercial performance.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years’ experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations or CS Operations
- Proven ownership of GTM changes end-to-end (design → rollout → adoption → measurable impact)
- Experience in scaling SaaS environments
- Track record of measurable commercial outcomes (e.g. improved forecast accuracy, win rate uplift, reduced ramp time, cleaner pipeline)
- Strong analytical capability combined with behavioural and change management skills
- Confident communicator able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders respectfully
- Systems thinker who understands the full customer journey
- High autonomy, bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
