Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Proposal Writer who will own the development of government proposals that win new defense programs and sustain our contracting posture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing technical proposals for US Government customers
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS requirements and proposal compliance structures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, concise narrative content
- Experience developing compliance matrices, managing schedules, and overseeing document configuration
- Strong technical literacy in aerospace, autonomy, aviation systems, software, or similar engineering domains
- Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams and gathering inputs from engineers and subject-matter experts
- Excellent written communication skills, organization, deadline management, and attention to detail
- US citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI
