Senior Product Designer

Posh is a platform that enables users to build and connect with IRL communities based on shared interests. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll join a high-performance team to define user experience and craft designs that engage and empower users. You'll work on a two-sided mobile app and web application for event organizers and attendees, with a focus on system design excellence, visual craft, and user-centered decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Skilled at balancing fast-paced design iteration with quality
• Strong background in both system design and detailed execution
• Experience crafting and maintaining design systems in Figma
• Experience designing tools for business users or organizers
• Effective at managing multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
