Job Description

Requirements
- 4+ years clinical medical practice
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree
- Board certified in family practice or internal medicine
- Must be credentialed and remain in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA)
- Must comply with and maintain valid, unrestricted license in state of desired employment or U.S. state
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (AHA valid for two years)
- Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills
- Energetic and optimistic demeanor
- Strong service mentality
- Ability to support new initiatives
