Job Description
Postman is seeking a Member of Technical Staff and AI Agent Development Lead to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI agents. This role will lead the cross-functional engineering team, focusing on AI agent architecture, collaboration, and ensuring AI safety. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI agents and machine learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical teams in AI or machine learning engineering
- Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Deep understanding of language models, reinforcement learning, and AI safety/alignment concepts
- Experience with scalable system design and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
