Engineering Manager, Customer Data Platform

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Customer Data Platform team. As a remote team, you'll work from home (or wherever!) and have a salary range of USD $203,000-$236,000 base plus significant equity. Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing engineers
• Experience building and scaling data platforms, pipelines, or event-driven systems
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and real-time processing
