Senior Product Manager, AI

Postscript is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the development of a new AI product from concept to market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AI/ML concepts and experience working on ecommerce SaaS, martech, or messaging platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years working on AI/ML-powered products
• Direct experience taking a product from zero-to-one (greenfield builds)
• Experience in ecommerce SaaS, martech, or messaging platforms is highly preferred
• Deep technical fluency with AI/ML concepts
• Strong product intuition for when AI adds real value vs. when it doesn't
• Demonstrated ability to ship fast, learn from data, and iterate
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to amplify your own PM work
