Legal Administrative Assistant – Corporate Litigation

Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Litigation Group. The position requires strong organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on supporting lawyers and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Requirements

• Assist with drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Review and analyze briefs and motions in preparation for e-filing and service
• Draft routine court documents for attorney review and approval
• Prepare pleadings and other docketed material for service and filing
• Maintain case files and manage document discovery
• Update and manage attorney calendars
• Perform general administrative support functions as needed
• Manage event invitations and guest lists
• Assist attorneys with time entry
