Job Description
Panel Wirers are responsible for laying out equipment, producing basic wiring, and operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will work on either Bench Assembly, LV, or MV switchgear, adhering to company standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include component identification, cable preparation, and workflow organization.
Requirements
- Able to read schematic drawings, G/A’s, CDR’s, D&P drawings and identify components.
- Competent at stripping and crimping cables.
- Able to organise and prioritise work effectively.
- Capable of producing basic wiring in a uniformed manner.
- Capable of communicating verbally and written.
- Ability to identify potential issues and suggest corrective/preventative actions.
- Able to operate Kanban and consumable stock levels.
