Job Description
Power Construction is a leading general contractor in Chicago that is looking for a Commissioning Manager to lead the internal commissioning process and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and fire sprinkler systems on complex construction projects.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day site commissioning activities and collaborate with project managers, contractors, and discipline teams
- Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans for all MEP/FP systems
- Review commissioning scripts and provide technical recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely technical documentation
- Oversee planning and execution of specialized system tests
- Lead Owner training on commissioned systems
